1.0The location was good and easy to get too.
− On the surface it looked clean but there was clearly some type of infestation as all 3 of us were covered in bug bites of some sort. It was also difficult for the wheelchair user as there was too many rugs and we had to move about 5 to make it accessible. I understand this is to make the property look nicer but the owner was aware we had a wheelchair user staying so these could have been moved. They were also quite rude when we left. I admit we were 10 minutes late past check out but I communicated this with them as we were a group of disabled people and ran a little over. I was basically bombarded with messages asking when we were leaving, the check out has passed etc.
