8.0L’appartamento si trova sicuramente, in una posizione strategica. Vicino agli impianti di risalita per i piani di Bobbio. Ambiente molto pulito.
− La casa era particolarmente fredda, tanti spifferi d’aria per via dei serramenti vecchi e ormai poco affidabili. In cucina, mancavano gli strofinacci per pulire/asciugare le stoviglie e alcuni utensili.

5.0− Buona la posizione vicino al centro ma purtroppo accedere all'appartamento è molto difficoltoso. Arrivare dalla strada c'è una zona molto buia, di sera, e l'accesso è molto disagevole per via dei gradini rotti o malconci.
