Ein großes Haus, sehr sicher. Der Garten mit dem Whirlpool und Lichtern ist sehr schön. Für Familien bis zu 6 Personen ideal. Das beste Klopapier was wir in Yucatan hatten. Dusche hatte heißes Wasser und der Wasserdruck war auch gut für Mexico.

− Bratpfannen waren nicht ganz sauber. Der Nachbar hat bis spät in die Nacht mit lauter Musik Geburtstag gefeiert.

Nous avons passés 3 bonnes nuits à Ticul. La maison est grande, il y a tout ce qu'il faut (fontaine à eau, micro onde, ustensiles, condiments...), les lits sont confortables, les chambres ont des stores, et le quartier est tranquille. Le jardin est agréable (même si nous n'avons pas gouté à la piscine) et l'accès via un portail motorisé est un vrai plus pour pouvoir garer la voiture. Mot de bienvenue personnalisé, et petite attention de l'hôte pour les enfants vraiment appréciable ! Ils étaient contents !

− Petit bémol sur les portes qui s'activent et se désactivent avec un code, et quand on a des enfants qui aiment bien toucher aux boutons... ça bloque les portes ! Petit souci de fonctionnement avec la fontaine à eau. Pas mal de calcaire pour les robinets et la douche, donc le débit est moindre. Il faut penser à détartrer régulièrement. On s'est un peu perdu pour trouver la maison, car il n'y a pas de numéro sur la porte, donc on a été hésitant.

The house was excellent. Spacious, very clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and we slept perfectly. The owner was outstanding—quick to respond, very helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The surroundings were calm and quiet, which made it a great place to rest and work. A standout feature was the fast, stable internet connection—something that’s surprisingly rare in Mexico. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Nice looking home on the booking platform…but needs some improvement

We liked the quiet location , away from Centro. We were glad to be able to leave our car in the enclosed secure courtyard at the front of the house. We were happy to find the home very clean. The living area is very large ..as are the 2 , upper floor, bedrooms. Adequate fresh bottled water was left for our use in the kitchen. The wifi was good and the power stayed on. The house is enclosed with an 8 ft. wall , so felt secure . Beds were comfortable ..and the master ensuite was nice too.

− Minimal kitchen cooking equipment. This feels like a home where one would be best served to bring ‘take out ‘food. No kettle for boiling water and a Kurig coffee machine that leaked water. Very poor water pressure. Taps in the main floor washroom barely trickled water. Also, please put a toilet seat on that toilet and place a hand towel ready for use. We had hoped to use the pool but the back patio and pool area lack any appeal. No attempt has been made to make this a place to enjoy . The area also is used to store a wheelbarrow, other tools, and a laundry area …behind a badly hung sheet. Even the permitter wall was rough concrete. A ‘ vacation home ‘ requires more attention to detail in areas like this.
