9.0− There was a confusion whether my booking included breakfast or not. A section of staff told us that breakfast was included. After we had breakfast one gentle man came running and said I need to pay and without making an issue I paid for seven breakfast @Rs.400 totalling Rs2800. I had requested the hotel to clarify from you and revert. They havent had the decency to revert. I have the following suggestions In the booking voucher clearly mention whether incl of breakfast or not. Otherwise the hotel staff swindles money as per there interpretation. I expect your org reverts to me of the factual position of my booking. In case my booking was incl of breakfast then insist on the property to return the money collected.
