9.0La localisation de l’appartement m’a bien convenu. Étant motorisé avec une voiture, l’éloignement du centre-ville n’a pas posé de problème. Au contraire, c’était un avantage, car la zone est plus calme et moins dense que le centre.
− Cependant, un petit point à améliorer : l’appartement étant au rez-de-chaussée et aménagé sur un modèle de garage, le plafond est assez haut. Cela fait que les bruits venant du premier étage, notamment parfois tard dans la nuit, résonnent davantage. Je pense qu’un aménagement avec un faux plafond pourrait vraiment améliorer l’isolation phonique et le confort.
