9.0Lady of the House was so nice and helpfull with everything. All in the aparment was just perfect! The help with car parking to carage was also well organized.
Excellent location and roomy apartment but be prepared to carry luggage quite a distance.
8.0In the centre close to everything. Step out front door onto square and Duomo. Roomy apartment well equipped with coffee machine, snacks.Towels very nice and soft. Elena was very helpful with check in and ideas for restaurants etc. Wifi was strong. Beautiful 1700’s historic building.
− Bed was very hard. Difficult to find location as you cannot drive up close to the apartment due to its location by the Duomo. Many stairs to travel up to apartment. There is no lift.

Bellissimo soggiorno.
9.0Sicuramente la cosa piu affascinante e' stata alloggiare in un meraviglioso palazzo storico, in pieno centro. Cherry on top, l'accoglienza di Elena, davvero speciale. Dettagli curatissimi e amore per l'ospitalita' sono stati senza dubbio un valore aggiunto. In zona tutto a portata di mano, dai bar, ai musei, ai negozi. Ideale per visitare Pistoia facilmente.
− Forse un po' scomode le scale per salire sul soppalco dove c'e' il letto, ma colpa mia, non avevo visto bene le foto probabilmente. Anche un letto piu' comodo farebbe la differenza, ma queste sono anche preferenze personali.
