10.0El apartamento estaba muy limpio y totalmente equipado, no echamos en falta nada
− Quizás el ascensor es un poco incómodo de coger, pero el alojamiento perfecto
Agradable y ubicación perfecta para pasar en gandía!
6.0La Ubicación, los colchones. El salón y balcón espaciosos. Tenía tendedero para la ropa, el aire acondicionado funcionaba bien y enfriaba todo el apartamento. En la habitación de matrimonio había un ventilador que venía genial!
− Ascensor muy pequeño si viajas con carrito de bebé, escaleras para acceder al apartamento con peldaños muy pequeños. El wifi no funcionaba muy bien, se iba la cobertura cada dos por tres. Nos costó contactar con el alojamiento unos días antes de llegar allí…. ( para resolver dudas, ubicación del apartamento, etc ). Por lo demás todo ok!
Agradable piso en la playa aunque con aspectos por mejorar
7.0La ubicación del piso es excelente en segunda línea de playa, el piso es cómodo y amplio para 2-4 personas, con un balcón muy grande. Camas y almohadas muy cómodas. Se agradece el aire acondicionado y el ventilador en la habitación principal en estas fechas veraniegas.
− 1. Escasez de menaje de cocina. La cafetera por ejemplo es tan pequeña que no se sujeta en el fuego de gas. 2. El desagüe del lavaplatos de alguna manera está mal instalado y desagua directamente dentro de la lavadora, quedando estancada el agua en la lavadora y generando malos olores y necesitando encender la lavadora con un ciclo de centrifugado para desaguar. 3. Problemas de aparición de cucarachas en la casa, incluso con mosquitera puesta o ventanas cerradas. 4. Iluminación del pasillo y salón escasa y mal distribuida, con múltiples bombillas fundidas y no recambiadas. Se agradecería mejorar las instalaciones mencionadas dado el precio que se cobra por el alquiler.
