6.0The pool was great the size of the home was great
− There were alot of spider webs on the patio. Bugs. Bbq was dirty Dirty diaper in the flower bed when we arrived. I had to make several phone calls regarding the pool, hot tub, fire pit. No instructions on how to work these things. Firepit didnt work and we couldnt use it. I understand it was forseen but nothing was refunded for the inconvenience. There was not very much to cook with in the kitchen I had to buy a griddle. Garbage disposal broken. Water doesn't regulate well either too hot or cold and then you get scolded. Stopper didn't work to bathe my grandson had to bathe him in a tote. Towel rack in master hanging off the wall. Super frustrating where I paid $3,098 for 4 nights. I had to talk to the pool guy to figure out how to turn things on.
