Soul Cleansing
7.0Loved the sea vew, the heated infinity pool awww ❤️ The viewing decks were beauting, nice spot for braai if its not windy. The braai dinner oh my goodness, splendid. Beautiful spot to do all kinds of meditations. The horses on the property are a beautiful touch.
− Didn't get horseriding sessions Takes too long to check out Too windy couldn't do outdoor braai but stuff prepped for us and props to the chef.
Terrible Hidden charges, constant arguing with management, terrible roads, far from stores
1.0The view is about it
− Hidden costs for everything charged for your own alcohol charged for swimming charged for braaiing 7k dirt road to the facility Constantly charging other guests bills to our bill Managers under the influence of drugs or other substances For the hike ( no guidance, told to walk on your own in dangerous terrain, trail not managed )

Contradictory experience. Incredible location and views but self-catering cottages inadequate.
5.0Stunning location, view, swimming pools. The hosts and staff were very friendly. The dogs were a big highlight for dog-lovers. I loved the way the one dog used to lie at the gate in the evening as if to welcome the guests back.
− The self-catering cottage was very basic. It was badly maintained and very poorly equipped in terms of kitchen equipment. The owners need to be clearer about who their market is and how they pitch what they offer to differ markets. The lodge is marketed as luxury accommodation. The cabanas are an anomaly for me. They are very unappealing and the guests would need to buy all food and drink from the Lodge, which is overpriced. Booking.com and the hosts need to provide more information to the guests in advance, so that they know what to expect. Expectations of self-catering or purchasing food from the lodge need to be made clear. Guests need to know that the nearest supermarket is 30 kms away so that they come prepared.
