Good Access in a Good Area of London

Location was good for accessing London. Close to shopping, grocery stores, good restaurants, and subway. It was important for our group of two couples to have good access to these features, private bedrooms, and a public space for visiting. Therefore, this property met our basic requirements. Compared to other properties we found in the area, this property was a good value. We felt safe in the area.

− 1-For those with children or older persons be aware that there are two bathrooms-a full bath on the top floor (floor 3.5) and a powder room/half bath on the entry floor. The living areas are up a staircase (floor 2) the bedrooms are the next floor up (floor 3) and the full bath is yet another set of stairs up…floor 3.5? In other words, to access bathrooms, you will climb stairs. Neither of the bedrooms is attached to a bath. We were prepared to climb stairs, but this arrangement is quite the workout, especially in the middle of the night. This should be made clear to potential renters. 2- As renters for 9 days, we felt like the owner had moved out for us to be there. There was no pantry storage available for us to use in the kitchen and there was a lot of random food, condiments, and supplies stuffed into the cabinets. There was mail on the floor in the entry.

We had a wonderful stay at this fantastic apartment, perfectly located in the heart of London, just around the corner from Harrods. The flat was spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The host Kiana communication was excellent-always available if needed and ensuring we were comfortable throughout our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a stylish, convenient, and comfortable place to stay in London. Thank you Kiana for a great stay!

− the deal , There is no credibility.. and the picture is the opposite of the truth.... and the way we receive the key is funny and unprofessional, as we receive the key of the residence from a goldstore... and Mrs. Sara was dealing with us arrogantly and without respect

− Washrooms. On 2 different floors neither the bedroom floor or the living floor. One shower, which leaked water onto the bathroom floor.
