10.0Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser gemütlichen Ferienwohnung oberhalb von Lovran sehr genossen. Die Wohnung liegt in einem Wohngebiet mitten unter Einheimischen und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Parkplätze stehen ausreichend unf direkt an der Unterkunft zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist höchst ideal, und über eine Treppe erreicht man den Hafen von Lovran in ca. 5-7 Geh-Minuten, und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants befinden sich in der Nähe. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut fair, der Vermieter ist super nett, sehr vorausschauend und für alle Fragen immer erreichbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

10.0L'appartamento ha tutto il necessario per la vita vacanziera, ma ha come plus la bellezza. La scelta degli arredi, i colori, la disposizione dei mobili, degli arredi, i lampadari. Il terrazzo affaccia sul verde ed è sempre esposto al sole e il terrazzo è arredato con un tavolo e due sedie, le piante abbelliscono il contesto.

10.0Appartamento spazioso, pulitissimo, nuovo e fornito di tutto, lavatrice inclusa. Sia la cucina che il bagno erano dotati di tutto ciò che occorre. TV satellitare e wifi. Terzo piano senza ascensore; parcheggio (libero) sotto casa. Situato su una collinetta di Lovran, a 5 minuti (in auto) dalla spiaggia di Medveja (qui il parcheggio è su strada oppure dentro il camping fronte spiaggia...un poco caro ma si lascia l'auto al sicuro). Lovran è una piccola località ma a 10 minuti dalla bellissima Opatja e 25 minuti da Fiume. Vicini alla casa c'è un grande supermercato. Per ultimo il nostro grazie ai padroni di casa: attentissimi, sempre pronti a rispondere ad ogni quesito! Consigliatissimo! Una vacanza bellissima e rilassante. Grazie di tutto!
