Very nice, roomy accommodation at a great location. Would definitely want to stay there again.
10.0This was a great find. It is perfectly located at Arc de Triomf, in an area with lots of restaurants, groceries, and easy access to the metro. It was much larger than expected, with two bathrooms and an office. Proprietors were very responsive by WhatsApp. Entry was easy by code, and there were free lockers in the lobby to hold our luggage when we arrived early.
− The neighboring building had a noisy door closer. Other than that, nothing to note.

Amazing Place!
10.0I liked many things. To begin, the management has created a seamless process to check-in, check-out, and communicate with them. The staff I communicated with was helpful and courteous. The location was great. You don't hear a lot of the street noise either. The unit itself was modern and well-maintained. 2 full bathrooms was a big plus. These are only some of the many good things coming to mind.
− I was under the impression that I would have a view of the Arc de Triomf, but, I just had a view of the backyard. Also, they should mop the floor between guests.

10.01. close to Metro station, bus stop and train station, which allowed us to get around the city quickly and also to a beach out of the city. 2. Old city and lively quarter el Born in walking distance. 3. Lovely park nearby (Ciutadella)4. Port and beachfront in proximity (easily reached by bus or even by walk). 4. several food shops around and two restaurants just in front of of the building 5. In spite of the location, we had a good sleep at night without disturbing noise. The flat is probably well insulated and the windows are not directed to the main street.
