Wish I had found this place years ago x
10.0It was spotless and really, really comfortable. Good location, easy communication. I have been visiting the city since 2018 and how I found it then I would never have stayed anywhere else. Unbelievable value for money. Four of us stayed for two nights. The best find I’ve had. Thank you so much.

1.0− We stayed here last year and it was lovely so booked again months ago for a 60th birthday celebration - 2 days before our booking was cancelled as the building had been sold! I'm sure they must have know sooner - we were offered another property which was too small for our needs and in Mathew st which is the noisiest street in Liverpool so we had a day to find somewhere else - staff were helpful and offered us a full refund - still waiting for the refund so fingers crossed

9.0Had an amazing stay great location, lovely and spotless apartment. Will definitely be returning in the near future 😊

4.0− We stayed in Apartment No. 7 at Zealand House for 4 days in June. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. The location of Zealand House is also excellent. However, we encountered a situation that turned our four days and nights into a serious ordeal. None of the windows in Apartment No. 7 can be opened. There is also no effective ventilation system to provide fresh air into the rooms. As a result, the air in the rooms feels heavy and stuffy. When I inquired, I was told that the windows do not open due to security reasons. However, this issue could easily be resolved with the smart window systems used in almost every hotel around the world.Another and much bigger problem caused by the unopenable windows is the room temperature. The lack of air conditioning in the rooms made the situation even worse. We were only provided with a fan, but it had no real effect against the severity of the problem.Unfortunately, waking up drenched in sweat at 6:00 AM every morning was not pleasant at all. After a quick shower, I had to head outside to get some fresh air even before the cafes were open. When looking at the building from the outside, I noticed that the windows of other rooms could open. As far as I understand, the issue is specific only to Apartment No. 7. The reason I am writing this note is to urge the management to take the necessary measures regarding Apartment No. 7 at Zealand House, which is otherwise a truly beautiful place in terms of location and amenities. Believe me, if even just two windows could open, it would become a much more livable space.Sincerely,
