8.0Great little property with plenty of space for our party 2 adults and grandchild, we only used 2 of the three bedrooms. Free access to clean swimming pool - not too crowded. Lots of places to visit within easy drive. Nice little welcome pack and good communication with owners - emailed with all the relevant information and call to sort access.
− Need to be aware that bathroom on ground floor and bedrooms on first floor - bit of a nuisance in the night. No beach in walking distance as far as we could find in our few days.
A very comfortable and relaxing stay, with friendly owner in advance
9.0Had a nice phone call with the owner in advance and clear on the key process. The villa had all the things we needed, and it was clean. It was convenient for village pub, shop and visiting family. Good equipment in kitchen. We didn't get to use the pool but it looked very clean and big - so will use it next time we stay
− All was great. A small helpful thought that a second key may be helpful for families, as we broke off to do different things at different times, so had remember to coordinate the 1 key... Also, will be great when the restaurant is back up and running on the Waterside site. But we had a great stay - thank you!!

− The heater in the bathroom didn’t seem to work and was quite cold on a morning and night . The decking fence was very loose as my elderly mum went to use this to aid her up the step and when it moved she nearly fell

7.0Easy access to property, got an early check-in, lovely welcome hamper on arrival ( wine, local beer, crisps,milk...)
− Heating not on on arrival, some sockets not working, swimming pool on site not opened ( great shame as it was the reason for choosing this appartment)
Complained as couldn’t stay and was told would receive update on refund request. Months later still no response
1.0Not as advertised at all, run down and doesn’t look like photos
