The design and size of the apartment were great. we stayed 10 days and enjoyed our stay. The washing machine was helpful but appliances could be a bit better given the price. Quiet neighborhood and great ocean views. The pictures are representative of the building.

− For the (over) price certain details were missing. For a long stay some in between cleaning would have been nice (like in the ½ the price neighbor building). the kitchen could use some extra tools like a grader, a whisk) I personally was missing fluffy pillows. An extra cloth drying rack would have been nice. The building doesnt have a lift (just FYI)

The apartment was bright, spacious and modern. lovely view towards the sea and all the shops were only a short walk away. The sea front and the long promenade was also very near.

− the apartments was on the top floor and so we had to climb a lot of steps every time we left and came back. This would not suit anyone with any mobility issues.

My husband and I had a fabulous stay in this upper floor apartment with pool and sea view. Perfect, quiet, relaxing location only 20/25 min walk along the seafront to Playa Del Ingles. Our favourite beach was Playa Del Veril, 10min walk. Communication with the host through WhatsApp made for a smooth check-in and we found street parking close by without a problem. A very tastefully decorated apartment with all mod cons including a great sounding bluetooth speaker, access to Netflix on a large screen TV and mobile charging points either side of the bed. The kitchen had everything we needed and a dishwasher. The bedroom had a comfortable bed, and we each had a plenty of space for our things in the double wardrobe. The bathroom was spa inspired and clean with a rainforest shower, double sink and low lighting if desired. Bath, hand towels, beach towels and a hairdryer were provided. We brought our own soap. The terrace was a great outdoor dining space with beautiful distant views of Maspalomas dunes and the ocean. I thoroughly enjoyed the pool, having it to myself every morning just as the sun hit it.

− There was a smell from the drains in the bathroom first thing in the morning but it soon passed.
