Su nombre es adecuado. Una experiencia. Lugar hermoso, atención excepcional de Patrick y cocina deliciosa de Christel. Fuimos a desconectar y relajarnos y fue lo que nos llevamos, junto con el deseo de volver.

Das Ambiente ist einmalig! Die Besitzerin & der Besitzer haben hier ein wunderschönes Boutiquehotel mit 3 Zimmern geschaffen. Alles ist sehr liebevoll mit viel geschmackvollen Details eingerichtet. Als Gast fühlt man sich herzlich willkommen. Der Pool und die vielen alten Bäume sind neben dem wahnsinnig schönen Blick ein totales Highlight. Traumhaft waren ebenfalls das Frühstück und besonders das Dinner, dass vor Ort von Christel gekocht wird. Ihr Essen hat 10/10 Sternen verdient. Das war für uns der schönste Dinnerabend überhaupt.

Prima ontbijt, hele vriendelijke gastheer en gastvrouw. Patrick wist heel veel te vertellen over de omgeving en wat er te doen was. Zeer behulpzaam.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay with Christel & Patrick in their lovely home, and cannot rate it more highly. They are such a welcoming and positive couple, who have really gone the extra mile in providing a spacious, comfortable and beautiful place to stay. The food cooked by Christel is exceptional and well worth staying in to enjoy. Each of the rooms and spaces has been thoughtfully designed with a balance of elegant simplicity and detail. They have generously created lots of spaces to sit, eat or sunbathe in throughout the property, meaning that even if the place was booked out there would be plenty of privacy for each couple. The grounds are serenely laid out with citrus trees, flowers and attractive shrubs. Whilst we were there the blossoming jasmines sweetened the air delightfully. There is an enormous avocado tree which serves as the centre piece of the guest areas and provides shade for the pool and also the bar area. Patrick was a knowledgeable, friendly, and fun host, happy to look after us. The property is equidistant from Grenada and the coast and sits in a valley running with water from the Sierra Nevada. We enjoyed a 4 hour walk from the front gate, to explore the valley from the lake and rivers up through the citrus gardens, in to the forest and on to the higher ground. It was a relief to return to El Violin and indulge in the self service bar to take the edge off afterwards.

Hosts were extremely accommodating. The property was very pretty and private. The room and bed were very comfortable. The bathroom was awesome - from the tub to the showers to the lighting at the mirror - a rarity in Spain.

− Melegis is very small. We were hiking and did not have a car.

Sin duda el mejor b&b que hemos estado nunca. Habitaciones amplias, cómodas y muy bonitas. (solo hay tres). Imagina la tranquilidad. Super camas. Christel y Patrick no pueden ser más cariñosos, amables y divertidos. Es increíble el amor puesto en este proyecto. La casa es espectacular, cuidada hasta el último detalle, la piscina bajo de árbol de aguacate inmenso con su zona chill out. Las vistas desde el salón del desayuno te dejan hipnotizado. El jardín es precioso. Un remanso de paz y buena energía. Perfecto para descubrir el valle de Lecrín, la costa, Alpujarras o granada todo a 30/40 min. Mil gracias por cuidarnos tan bien, volveremos:) y gracias por los aguacates, las mandarinas y los limones.
