− Para entrar en el apartamento, el mensaje llegó poco antes de nuestra llegada. Hubo que llamar, enviar el Documento nacional de identidad y un selfie en el momento. Las llaves estaban dentro de un buzón atadas con una cuerda, con difícil acceso. El somier de una de las camas estaba roto.
A part la procédure d'enregistrement et l'arrivée galère tout était parfait. Hypermarché proche.
10.0L'accès à l'appartement s'est fait dans la douleur d'autant qu'il y a deux petits enfants et que nous avons du attendre l'arrivée d'une personne pour débloquer la situation. 1. pas de possibilité de compléter mon profil sur le site. Et dit profil incomplet dit pas de code pour la boîte à clé. De nombreuses tentatives infructueuses et de nombreux appels à la hotline, non sans résultat. 2. l'adresse fournie est erronée et nous avons mis du temps pour trouver le bon immeuble 3. le document de la procédure d'arrivée envoyé n'est pas le bon Bref la galère, pendant près de deux heures, devant la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble
− la procédure de mise à jour du profil doit être revue. Pas de message, pas de mise à jour même partielle.

− Abbiamo tribolato tantissimo per trovare l’appartamento perché l’indirizzo fornitoci e’ errato!!!! L’host non è stato tempestivo nel dare informazioni, dopo un’ora di continuo girovagare chiedendo informazioni a chiunque siamo riusciti a trovare l’abitazione. Piccolo dettaglio, sapevano benissimo che, saremmo stati in sei persone ma, le stoviglie erano per cinque. Su nostra richiesta dopo due giorni sono stati rimpiazzati.
