WRONG choice except for the beach view
1.0Location is good but access to the private beach area should be better provisioned.
− Apart from the location, I don’t see any other facilities good and worth considering. The following are the concerns: 1. Not maintained at all. The utilities are stained, dusty and unusable. 2. Even coffee is not provided in the mornings. Depending on Swiggy/Zomato takes 1 hour and proves very expensive. 3. It is mentioned as ‘Pet Friendly’ in the Booking.com site, but the management demands Rs.1000/- extra for my Shih-Tsu puppy. 4. All the bath fittings are worn-out and do not function. There is not even a simple garment hanger. 5. No Towels, soap, shampoo, mirror, brush, paste, etc., as mentioned in booking.com site. 6. There is no cupboard / garment hangers to hang clothes. 7. There is neither dressing table nor mirrors in first floor bedrooms. 8. Bathroom windows are broken and there is no exhaust fan either. 9. Use of cheap furnitures and equipment does not give a good feeling for the price that we pay It’s an old property which is not done well and maintained properly.

10.0Excellent: Beach view of the property. Our stay at Le Serene Independent beach villa was truly delightful! The location, just steps away from the beach, offered breathtaking views and a sense of tranquility that’s hard to find elsewhere. The villa itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The private outdoor area, complete with sitout area, was a perfect spot for relaxation. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat by the sea, this villa is a great choice. We would definitely consider staying here again!
