− The gym was small and poorly positioned. Food and service in the restaurant needs work.

− There wasn’t really a front desk to go to talk to someone. You had to email or text.

10.0This hotel is truly a gem. Very private and with the most stunning views over the Tetons. All the staff were extremely professional and really kind. Nothing was a problem and every need was met. We would love to stay again.

10.0Breathtaking views, attentive staff, well appointed room and bath. Breakfast and dining were wonderful.
− Some small maintenance items: toilet functions did not work (room 701) and fireplace did not work (room 801).

10.0What an incredible property with an amazing group of staff. I cannot recommend it enough. The property is beautiful with excellent amenities, in addition to a great food and beverage program. Staff is happy to go above and beyond for a special stay. I’ll be back!
