10.0Angefangen bei der Gastgeberin Daniela, eine sehr zuvorkommende, hilfsbereite und herzliche Person. Wir haben uns vom ersten Augenblick an sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Hotelzimmer modern und komfortabel eingerichtet. Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Es wurde an jedes Detail gedacht. Sehr bequemes Bett. Klimaanlage, Minibar etc. alles vorhanden. Das Frühstücks- Buffett ist klein aber fein. Es wurde alles serviert, was es zu einem guten Frühstück gehört. Top! Die Servicefachangestellten sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Küche ausgezeichnet. Die Lage direkt an der Maggia, einfach atemberaubend!

10.0Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem charmanten Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Daniela von der Rezeption hat uns sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit empfangen - wie ein Sonnenschein. Mit ihrer freundlichen Art und ihrem Lächeln hat sie dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen und wohlgefühlt haben. Besonders positiv war, dass eine Klimaanlage vorhanden war, was den Aufenthalt an warmen Tagen sehr wohltemperiert gemacht hat. Auch das Frühstück war schmackhaft. Die 'A-la-carte-Küche ist hervorragend und sollte von jedem Gast unbedingt ausprobiert werden. Der Chef steht persönlich in der Küche und bereitet die Gerichte mit viel Leidenschaft, Liebe zum Detail und höchster Sorgfalt zu. Hier wird mit Herz und Passion gekocht. Jedes Gericht wird mit viel Liebe zum Detail zubereitet und wunderschön angerichtet. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal und eignet sich sowohl für Reisende mit oder ohne Auto.
− Zum Frühstückei wurden lediglich Kaffeelöffel statt passender Eierlöffel bereitgestellt. Das ist zwar nur eine Kleinigkeit, würde das ansonsten sehr positive Erlebnis am Tisch jedoch noch abrunden.
Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt- wir kommen sicher wieder!
10.0Eine herzliche Begrüssung und Betreuung während des ganzen Aufenthalts, Daniela ist eine unglaublich aufmerksame und freundliche Gastgeberin Das ganze Team war immer sehr nett und freundlich Die Zimmer sind neu renoviert und der Ausblick auf die Schlucht ist einfach nur traumhaft. Es hat an nichts gefehlt!

10.0The location was perfect for us, the beds were really comfortable, we had AC and we were able to keep our dog with us. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Would really recommend this property and we cannot wait to be back!
Super schönes Hotel mit viel Persönlichkeit und Charme - man kommt gerne wieder
10.0Die Lage ist perfekt. Eingangs Maggiatal, perfekt für Wanderungen, Biken oder baden in der Maggia. Bis nach Ascona und Locarno ebenfalls ein Katzensprung. Das gesamte Personal ist einfach so freundlich - man fühlt sich willkommen und sofort wohl. Die Zimmer sind super sauber und der Balkon ist gold wert - Blick in die Maggia. Das Restaurant im Hotel ist Weltklasse. Das Essen ist von höchster Qualität und am Abend im Garten ist es einfach wunderbar. Auch das Frühstück ist super, es alles da was es braucht.
