− Le falta mantención a las habitaciones. El desayuno no era lo que esperaba de esta cadena de hoteles y tampoco la comida. Los tragos bien.

− It was impossible to use the app for ordering room service. Also our phone in the room didn’t work. The bathroom door was broken when we checked in and it took a few days to get it fixed even though we reported it .
