10.0It's a nice villa, and I'd recommend it with a few nuances. There's plenty of space, comfortable beds, the air conditioning worked well, and a nice pool. Parking is nearby if you need it. I didn't see the beach, but I really liked the small Mensa restaurant, 5-7 minutes from the house. What I didn't like: it was a bit difficult to find at night; there's construction going on all around, which creates some additional noise. If you're in the pool, you can be clearly seen from the kitchen window from the construction site across the street; there are no curtains on the window. Neighbors from the second floor can see you in the pool. The area itself is still in its infancy; there are some shops with the bare essentials, but it's not suitable for discerning travelers.

10.0It was a beautiful villa. Sort of remote and hard to get to but plenty of room and all the amenities. Communication was awesome. Nearby walkable beaches.
