The villa is very modern, with a great design and a new, fresh feel. The bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need, and both the pool and garden are beautifully maintained.

− The villa is equipped with a smart system for lights, shades, and air conditioning, but unfortunately, it does not function properly. The lighting controls are confusing, and the distribution of lights throughout the villa is not ideal. The AC in the living room didn’t work at all during our entire stay—no fan, no cooling—despite contacting the responsible team. Although they monitored the temperature remotely and claimed it was normal, the room remained uncomfortably hot, and we had to keep the bedroom door open to try and cool the living area. The garage is a useful feature but only suitable for small cars due to its low height. The pool maintenance person visits every other day, which may not be ideal for guests seeking privacy. The main entrance operates with a passcode, but the handle is very difficult to twist, which was inconvenient. Check-out time is quite early at 10 AM. Additionally, the pool lacks a heating system, which made it too cold to enjoy during our June stay. Water pressure drops when multiple showers are in use, and using several kitchen appliances at once can cause a power outage.
