− The experience staying here has been appalling since the first day and we encountered some health and safety issues as well. First of all, the wifi and TV were not working since day one; the shower head wouldn’t stay on and we had to hold it while having a shower, and there was draining problem, which the shower flooded and water came out to the hall way and bedroom when we had a shower. All these things were inconvenience, which we could bear with. The most serious problem is that there was exposed wire in this apartment, and my family got an electric shock from turning the lamp on in the room as the switch had exposed copper wire. This is serious health and safety concern, which could lead to potential death. We’ve been trying to contact the ShBarcelona agents to have someone to come over and sort these issues out. However, even on the last day of staying, they had been lying to us about sending a staff over. Five days of no WiFi, no proper shower as it flooded every time we used the shower, and the serious health and safety concerns. We’d been wasting our time dealing with these issues rather than enjoying our time in Barcelona. The agent said we needed to contact booking.com regarding a formal complaint, neither the agent nor booking.com had responded to our complaint. My family and I were really disappointed with the whole experience.

− LLegamos y tuvimos que pagar 30 euros para que nos dieran las llaves, y nos explicara un poco el funcionamiento de la casa. bajo la amenaza de que el cajetin de la llave con el codigo podia estar lejos y nos tendriamos que mover con las maletas, ademas de que no nos dirian la ubicacion hasta las 15.00 La chica que nos atendio ademas de cobrar la tasa de turismo nos cobro los 30 euros. No tenia ni idea de como funcionaba nada del apartamento, Además lo estaban limpiando y el estado del apartamento era lamentable de suciedad, El aire acondicionado estaba capado y no enfriaba nada de nada . La ducha era pesima, la alcachofa no se sujetaba. el baño minusculo. en el salon habia las peores sillas que he visto en mi vida antiguas incomodas sucias y viejas. hacia un calor increible no corria para nada el aire , ademas en un patio interior sucio esta el equipo del aire acondicionado y no puedes abrir la ventana, vamos Fatal. Ademas le pedido las facturas del cobro de los 30 euros y del impuesto de turismo que nos cobraron y no me mandan nada ni me hacen ningun caso. Y para terminar muy caro

− Non si è visto nessuno tutto il nostro soggiorno lì, la stanza piena di polvere e manco per il check-aut non si sono disturbato nemmeno.

Posizione comoda metropolitana,stadio camp nou

− Non funzionava internet e il condizionatore rumoroso perdeva acqua.La ragazza che cita accolti dopo averci assicurato che sarebbe ritornata con un nuovo wifi è sparita dopo averla pagata 30 euro in contanti e senza ricevuta .per il condizionatore l'agenzia all'ultimo si è offerta di fare intervenire un tecnico e poi non ha più risposto ai messaggi.Pessima gestione

Overall, we had a smooth and enjoyable stay. The apartment was well-equipped and had everything we needed.

− The air conditioning was inefficient, smelled of dust, and was quite noisy, suggesting it needed servicing. Unfortunately, there was also no Wi-Fi during our stay. Overall, a good stay, but these areas could be improved.

Buenas instrucciones para recoger la llave. Las camas eran cómodas.

− La TV no funcionó nunca pese a que pedimos que vayan a revisarlo. El menaje no fue suficiente para los 3 huéspedes que fuimos.
