Lovely house and super friendly, helpful staff.
8.0House is lovely, warm and comfortable. Had some issues when first getting to the house, but staff were extremely kind and helpful and came to fix the issues very quickly! Beds are super comfy, house is modern and clean. Facilities are good! and the property is very close to good shops, the theatre in town and many local amenities.
− The people there previous to us had left a lot of the crockery and cutlery very dirty... and taken the SHELVES out of the oven. Staff were super apologetic and tried to help out the best they could - but we couldn't really cook any of the food we had brought with us... including the birthday cake that was a big part of a birthday surprise that was the main reason for the stay =') Ultimately, we felt that we were listened to when we had a problem and that everything possible was done to try and fix it. I cannot fault the staff at all, they were wonderful. Just an unfortunate situation for our specific plans and ended up with us having to spend quite a lot of money on alternative food options.
