9.0お食事がとても美味しかったです。夜も朝もいろんな種類を少量頂けて、楽しかったです。 お部屋も清潔感あり、広く、快適でした。 ウェルカムドリンクやフリードリンクサービスは嬉しかったです。スタッフもにこやかで親切でした。 海外からの友達と行ったのですが、全体的にとても喜んでくれました。 インテリアもセンス良く和洋折衷です。 大浴場でも水が飲めると良いですね。お風呂はぬるめです。長くじっくり入るタイプですね。

10.0This is a quaint and extremely affordable option that is about 30 minutes away from JR Imaichi by taxi and 40 minutes away from JR Nikko by taxi. Aside from the distance, the attention to detail and high quality service provided by this place is second to none, 5 star quality even. This place is owned by a family for over a decade and they are the nicest people. The owners went out of their way to deliver me to the train station in the morning despite no taxi being available. This was super generous. When I went out for the day, they had a car waiting at the closest train station without me letting them know how I was getting back. This blew my mind. The kaiseki style breakfast and dinner was affordable, about 20 AUD and 100 AUD for both respectively with high quality ingredients. I stayed in the hana room which has a private bath which was amazing. Highly recommended

10.0This is a lovely little hotel with modernly designed bedrooms, but the service is truly outstanding. Each meal was beautifully presented and incredibly delicious, featuring ingredients with clear origins and showcasing the best local quality available at the time. Be careful when choosing your station as there are similar names that can cause confusion, but don't worry! The excellent service ensures you can contact the hotel staff, and they will safely escort you to your destination. Based on this experience, we highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking exceptional service and a wonderful stay that exceeds expectations. Thank you so much for taking care of us.
