Nice if you have a translator
6.0Staff do not speak English so if you do not have a translator this is not the hotel for you. Booking on line from Canada can cause you problems if you do not have the booking number to give to them. You cannot use your name to obtain your reservation.

10.0flawless wifi in the room. very friendly staff. clean. every day fresh towels. within walking distance from where the airport bus drops off the travelers. it will definitely be my next hotel when i have to go to changsha

6.0Unfortunately it took about 2 hours to check in. The staff did not understand english and could not find the reversation. I had actually had booked a room two weeks later, but decided to find a hotel with english speeking staff. I speek no chinese so this was a big problem.
