− unfortunately straight away felt uneasy location/area didn't feel safe a few buildings in and around the property looked like drug dens the main entrance door into the hall way of the property itself had signs on the door in and out warning you to lock the doors at all times for your own safty the door frame of the door to our flat was all split as if someone had attempted a break in at some point, We actually barricaded our self in at night which was a first. We walked into St leonards and along to Hastings unfortunately yet again full of rough and down and outs in the whole area shouting and slumped on the floor, I got nothing against these people theres many city/towns etc.. like this its sad to see ,but when your on holiday it's not nice to see shouldn't have to feel unsafe when browsing around the area which your not familiar with. we decided to walk back up to the flat through the park and leisure centre rather than the sea front to find a guy sat against a tree stump with a needle in his arm that was the final straw for us couldn't even bring ourselves to go back out at night to the town.

Basic cheap and clean Quite street. Perfect for quick stop over.
8.0Lovely classy street quite especially at night. Every thing was simple and basic but that's all we needed the price was important and the flat was better than I expected. Bed was comfortable, boiler was noisy but switch off at night no problem. fridge was noisy too but shut kitchen door no problem. Tap dripping in bathroom shut bathroom door no problem. Would defiantly go back there again.
