Huset med 4 soverom og området i Redcar var fint.

− Kritikk for at vi måtte ordne varmen selv. Den skulle vært satt på flere dager før vi kom.Vi fikk beskjed om å skru på varmen selv. Og det var fortsatt bare 15 grader dagen etter og personale kom å så på varmen. Det var fortsatt bare 15 grader etter 2. dag i slutten av oktober.Det var ikke bra for flere av oss ble forkjølet med feber og kraftig hoste.

Lovely stay in a great place and at a good price

You get the entire property for a great price! The location was wonderful for a nice walk to the beach a really nice cafe close by and just a 25 minute beach front walk walk to the town It was perfect for our family

− I wouldn’t really say there was anything we disliked there was a few things that needed touching on like weeding but it was lovely and clean

Need clearer entry instructions and heating went off. Additional deposit for bins.

Rooms were all a good size and it was clean.

− Instructions on arrival was that there was a lockbox at the property - I looked for 10 minutes for this , realised it was a digital key pad. No instructions on how to use it , so had to call the property owners . I waited, locked out, until they called me back . They then told me how to use it (not simple) - I could not see the key pad display in the sunlight and it triggered an incorrect code alarm, so had to wait until this reset. Eventually I got in only to find the battery on the alarm needed replacing . The agents did get someone round to replace it. My wife arrived later at (5 am) , having been at her dying mother's bedside ll night. She could not use the door keypad & set off the alarm, she called me on my mobile to let ger in . So neither of us had a good night. Two days later and no hot water - again called the agents who requested us to send the boiler error code message , which we did . It was low pressure and they sent us instructions on how to reset the pressure ! We didn't feel comfortable doing this, so requested again they get someone round to do it . They did , just as well , it not as simple as the instructions , the dials are in an inconvenient place. Anyway this got fixed so eventually we could have a shower. Note you are also requested for an additional £50 deposit to make sure you leave the bin out on Wednesday , otherwise we would not get this back . Pointed out that the previous tenants had left empty beer bottles outside , and the bin was completely full . When we left, we did squeeze our bin bag in and again informed the property of the above , only to receive a standard mail again from booking.com about putting the bins out. The roads around here are busy with a lot of cars. As you can tell I am not a happy guy , we watched my wife;'s mother die in the care home , the reason we rented here, but the key pad , heating and bin situation stressed us out even more at a troubling time.

The property was nearby to the town and a lot of nearby restaurants.It’s very clean and a lot of spaces for big family.

− We are a family of four who stayed for four nights. We were given a different property than what we initially booked, but it closely mirrored the one we chose, and we were informed that it was newly renovated. While we enjoyed our stay, we were disappointed with the lack of communication from the host, particularly regarding the internet connection. Unfortunately, we had no internet for the entire stay, despite being provided with an additional router. It seems the property had no functioning internet connection at all. As a result, we spent a lot of time at a nearby cafe so that our daughter could complete her schoolwork. We trust that the host will address this issue for future guests and recommend checking such amenities before guests check in. Despite this, we would still recommend the property to our family and friends due to its convenient location near our grandparents’ grave.
