Overall experience: A+! What you see is exactly what you get. The staff were attentive, accommodating, and always ready to assist with any needs. The entire area was clean, well-maintained, and peaceful, making it an excellent place for anyone looking to relax and unwind in a quiet environment. I highly recommend it for those seeking a comfortable and stress-free stay.

− One suggestion for improvement would be to install a clear sign near the doorbell area. Since the property does not have a guardhouse, first-time guests may have difficulty locating the doorbell when the gates are closed upon arrival. A visible sign would make the check-in process smoother and help guests easily identify where to ring or seek assistance. Additionally, providing basic toiletries such as soap, shampoo, and/or toothbrush kits would further enhance the guest experience by adding convenience, especially for travelers who may have forgotten to bring their own essentials.

The facilities are good it's quite the staff are very friendly mark is also easy to ask if you need help ate jingjing and Dean was very nice the house is clean everything you need is there. It' was a great experience.

− It's just far from my location and the road is not good to reach the place and the bad experience is we don't have water in the middle of the night until the morning so we can't use the bathroom.

Quiet and beds are clean. Very nice staff who greet us for check in and check out. Jing Jing and Dina. Thank you

− Towels are provided only once not allowed to ask for fresh one, good job we brought some otherwise it's a struggle to dry yourself when you go for swim twice or more a day. No one ask you if you need anything. Nothing to dry your feet after shower. And worst is aircon at top floor is not working! Reported it twice they fix it once and just few minutes broken again.
