− No basic food, tea, snacks,staff for support . My aadhar was held back and sharp 11 am call came to vacate . Person holding my card out of place and I'm waiting outside in my car waiting for him.... property has no responsibility . The dining room still has my last night's food waste . I asked for the dining for 10 people to have Bday cake cutting and he wants 2500 rs and also extension chanrges for room . Very poor customer service and support. I went for breakfast to near by hotel and arranged for the same....they were ready to go beyond duties to serve us..

10.0Our best stay in india so far (3weeks). The relaxed place is very beautiful and peaceful. The personal was exremely helpful with everything. (Arrengements, transport, breakfast,guiding etc). Very much family-feeling, and very much appreciated. The rooms and Gardens is fresh and very clean.
− No negatives to say!! Wifi could be slightly improved, but were being updated as we left, so should be no problem.
