4.0− Unfortunately, the accommodation was not as it appeared in the photos. A lot of cold air came in through the windows, and one of the windows could not be closed properly, leaving such a large gap that I could fit my hand through it. This made the accommodation uncomfortable and significantly below our expectations. I believe the photos should reflect the actual condition of the property more accurately. Overall, we were disappointed with our stay, and based on this experience, I cannot recommend this accommodation.

1.0− Unfortunately, our stay ended in a very serious problem with bed bugs. Both of our children were bitten during the stay. Our younger son was particularly badly affected, with a very large number of bites over his body. We sought medical assistance and a doctor confirmed that the skin lesions were bed bug bites. We have medical documentation, photographs and prescriptions for the medication required. What makes the experience even more disappointing is the way the matter was handled afterwards. We contacted the property and submitted a formal complaint, but received no response. We therefore had to escalate the matter through Booking.com. Apart from the physical discomfort suffered by our children, this caused considerable stress, medical expenses and effectively ruined the end of our family holiday. We also had to take extensive precautions with our clothes and luggage to minimise the risk of bringing bed bugs home with us. I do not make an allegation like this lightly. The reason I am posting this review is that the bed bug bites were medically confirmed and affected two members of our family. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this apartment.

− Pague 80€ por servicio de limpieza que según el dueño solo era para la limpiar en la entrada y salida Tuvimos que estar lavando las toallas durante la estancia para tenerlas limpias.
