6.0Nous dirions qu'il s'agit plutôt d'un studio (table et chaises pour manger, dans la chambre) avec un petit coin cuisine dans l'entrée, sans plaque de cuisson, juste un micro-ondes et frigo bien sûr. La cafetière de la photo a été remplacée par une Tassimo ( nous avions prévu notre paquet de café et filtres mais pas de dosettes !). La terrasse est équipée d'une balancelle installée face à un mur. Peut-être aurions-nous dû la déplacer ? (Mais nous n'étions là que 2 nuits que nous avons réduit à 1 seule pour raison personnelle) Ça reste une bonne solution pour une petite pause. Un

8.0good location for the venue to visit, good beds, nice balcon, unfortunately due to the weather not really usable , Host kindly let us use their close by parking space for free
− not a problem for us, but the last floor cannot only be reached by stairs for privacy reasons, however it's eventually tricky if you need an elevator.

2.0Die schöne Aussicht vom Balkon.
− Man kann diese Unterkunft nicht als Appartement bezeichnen. Es gab eine schmutzige Kaffeemaschine ohne Kanne ( Kaffee kochen nicht möglich), kein warmes Wasser in der Küche. Es war nicht mal die Möglichkeit sich ein evtl. ein Würstchen warm zu machen, da keine Kochstelle vorhanden. Die erste Kaffeetasse aus dem Schrank war nicht mal abgewaschen und sehr schmutzig. Die Bettwäsche war kaputt und die Reißverschlüsse an beiden Kopfkissen waren defekt. In den Zimmerecken über dem Bett gab es dicke Spinnweben. Positiv zu bewerten, war die unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe, die Sauberkeit im Bad und die schöne Aussicht vom Balkon. Wir werden trotzdem diese Unterkunft auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen.

9.0Lage top, alles was man braucht in der Nähe. Besonders die Terrasse war ein Highlight. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und es wurde alles ermöglicht. 🙂
