− To be fair, I will limit myself to describing our experience: dirty floor, several cockroaches that had been dead for days, bathroom with damp patches everywhere, air conditioning not working. We only slept there on the first night of our stay because it was midnight and we had no alternative. The next morning, we left immediately. We are waiting for a refund for the two remaining nights, but considering the host's fairness, I don't know if we will receive it. Be careful. Definitely avoid this place!

9.0Great location in between San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas. Loved the pool and shared kitchen. Very comfortable bed and pillows.
− Towels were not changed, we had to take some from the washing room, but they had humidity smell. Definitively not for guests afraid of dogs.
