Un día en un hotel-palacio del siglo XV
10.0El trato con el personal del hotel y el restaurante fue lo más interesante. Me llevo de vuelta a casa el haber conversado, como si de amigos de toda la vida se tratara, con ellos. Muy atentos y honestos. Me explicaron que el nombre de "dos orillas" trata de vincular a España con los países iberoamericanos. Y esta idea no se queda en una mera declaración, sino que se hace una realidad, particularmente en el menú del restaurante. Por otro lado, en el material, el hotel y el restaurante son dos espacios interesantísimos y preciosos. El hotel está construido en una antigua casa, ya con varios siglos de antigüedad, muy bien conservada y exquisitamente decorada. Sus cuadros de ángeles son una maravilla y me he deleitado apreciendo su arte. El restaurante tiene una comida excelente y un patio con plantas que es una delicia, y que es cuidado por la madre de uno de los administradores (creo).
− No encontraría algo sobre lo que quejarme, si bien, el personal deja cerrado el hotel a partir de la noche (aunque te dejan una llave para poder acceder al mismo desde la calle), marchándose. Aunque esto no supuso un problema para mi estancia, me parece que es algo que puede mejorarse. Podría ocurrir algún incidente o accidente en horas nocturnas y el cliente debería poder tener acceso a determinados servicios y/o información.
