Parfait pour un séjour à deux
9.0Emplacement parfait pour profiter de Getxo et Bilbao Metro à proximité (10 mns à pied, puis 40 minutes pour atteindre le centre historique) Parking Puerto Viejo en contrebas Calme la nuit pendant notre séjour mais dépend sans doute des autres occupants de la maison (isolation faible) Quartier vivant et sympathique, bons restaurants. Je n'hésiterais pas à louer à nouveau.
− Canapé du salon peu confortable et sent le renfermé Mineur : pas d'etendoir compatible avec la taille de la machine à laver (qui est très bien) Attention, le parking Puerto Viejo est payant en saison et la réservation, limitée à 24h, ne peut pas être reconduite immédiatement (délai d'une heure, pendant lequel vous êtes verbalisable : obligation de déplacer la voiture tous les jours.

− Net curtain hooks opp bedroom area kept coming unstuck so curtain fell. Street light comes on and these windows not having blinds made feel exposed/ not private ftom building opposite snd many sightseers passing windows makes feel uncomfortable bit too much footfall by the property for mu liking

10.0Ubicación excepcional , el apartamento esta impecable tanto en mobiliario como en limpieza. Había leído alguna reseña en que la que se mencionaba el ruido de la calle pero la realidad es que esta muy bien aislado. Una zona preciosa con mucha vida que merece la pena visitar. Lo recomiendo.
− Estaría bien disponer de una pequeño tendedero plegable para poder usar la lavadora

9.0La localización y el apartamento aunque es pequeño es muy agradable.
− La cama se hundía un poco hacia el centro. Y el tipo de sábana me parecía un poco rígida. Faltaba tener un delantal que es muy útil a la hora de cocinar.
