− Excepto una limpiadora .. No nos gustó el buffet la piscina no había amacas .. no había aire fresco ..
Decepción en el hotel las Palmeras
5.0La ubicación. El buffet aunque justo y poco variado para un hotel de 4 estrellas.
− El A/C no funciona.Nos quejamos y nos dieron un ventilador portátil 😰 La primera noche nos encontramos dos cucarachas en el baño( nos cambiaron de habitación).Falta de mantenimiento en las habitaciones.Limpieza la justa.. La piscina ni la hemos pisado.,Muy pequeña y por este motivo,,enseguida, completa y no había sitio donde ponernos. No considero que merezca las 4 estrellas,en mi opinión le dejaría 3.

9.0La ubicación del hotel. La comodidad de las camas y la atención y amabilidad del personal.
− Lo que no me gustó es que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba llamamos un par de veces lo miraron y se quedó igual. Fuimos con bebe de un año y tuvimos que pedirle al personal de limpieza que nos dieran un ventilador porque hacía un calor insoportable.
