Dog friendly cottage
8.0A well presented cottage, nice and cosy and would be a great base to explore the area.
− No parking at the cottage, but spaces a very short walk away. Garden secure for smaller dogs, but back gate is quite low if you are concerned about larger dogs.

10.0A very home from home accommodation. The welcome pack for myself and the dogs was very appreciated. A secure back garden was an added bonus. Highly recommended
Bungalow at Shildon
10.02 adults and a dog stayed for 2 nights. The bungalow is in a quiet area. The bungalow itself is very nicely decorated and has everything needed to make it a home from home, including towels, washing up liquid, scourers and tea towels (things you may forget to take with you). There were lovely little touches such as milk in the fridge when we got there, a bag of treats for the dog and a cake which was a totally unexpected surprise. The owner replied to any messages quickly. Would highly recommend this property.
