way too cold and WAY WAY WAY too difficutl to reach owners. No instructions were left at the apartm

− The owners were completely incommunicado. And the heat was totally off on a very cold early April night. We froze. Simply was too cold to sleep and we tried many ways of reaching out to the owners for instructions to turn up the heat and they just plain did not respond to us. We had to abandon the place after the firat night.
