7.0Localização é boa, perto de tudo, mas tranquilo em termos de barulho.
− A casa é muito quente e só tem ar condicionado no quarto, tornando impossível dormir na sala. A limpeza deixou a desejar e a casa em si está precisando de manutenção. Praticamente não tem lâmpadas na casa, o que a deixa muito escura.

10.0Nice little apartment right outside the craziness. Easy walk into the old city. Comfortable bed, quiet neighborhood and a small mercado next door. The breakfast (eggs, snacks) and the beers in the fridge was a very nice gesture as well. Highly recommend this place for a stay in Oaxaca.

− The wifi was fine, but I do wish it was a little better. I had some difficulty with zoom meetings and Google meet meetings due to the connection.

10.0The place was exactly like the pictures and at a walking distance from the center of Oaxaca. It was very quiet at night at all the necessary for the stay.
− The place can get a little warm during the day. However there is very good AC in the bedroom and an extra fan in the living room.
