− постель сырая. некомфортно было. Еда в основном из свинины. мы прилетели в 5 утра и нас заселили сразу, но увидев все условия мне пришлось отказаться от этого отеля. и через 2 часа мы съехали с отеля, Оплату сразу сделали за 7 дней при заезде, но отель сказал что удержат за 1 ночь. Хотя по по броированию ращрешено было отменить бесплатно до вечера того дня. Прошу разобраться с этой ситуацией букингу🙏🏻
