10.0Очень хорошо укомплектованная квартира(нет только пмм), все мило, красиво. Есть вся необходимая посуда, разные мелочи и тд. Видно, что хозяева постарались. Они кстати живут снизу. Единственное, рядом очень шумная дорога, и от нее гул и днем и ночью, но я об этом знала. В квартире стоит целая банка с берушами;)
