Die Lage am Meer ist absolut top! Tolle Aussicht und schnell am Strand.

− Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Eine intensive Grundreinigung des Apartments wäre dringend nötig! Vom Vermieter erwarte ich keine 24h Erreichbarkeit, jedoch sollte zumindest während den Öffnungszeiten innerhalb einer nützlichen Frist eine Antwort erfolgen.

Location of appartment and Deiva Marina as a best village for family stay on the sea beach. City pleages has enough space for everyone. Restaurants ans Pizza places are full around. Supermarket and little shops has everything you need for comfort stay. The boats are not anchored near the swimmers but are hidden in a garage on land and are unloaded by the staff if necessary. location is the best of the best and hit off the unexpected troubles we got.

− Internet conection were not in order for tree days because of some payment issue. Waching machine was broken (easy to be done, but didn't) The partly furniture of appartment is a real Antik, but useless for stay. Other part of furniture are poor quality and in contrast of Antik and not looks balanced. In a storm all closed in advance windows (old and not in best shape) were liking and let water comes inside the appartment. There are not any cleaning during the stay. Contact person Edoardo was not in touch few days of our urgent question of lack wifi, and waching machine. But guys, location of appartment just in the beach and Deiva Marina as a resort exceeded our expectations!

A localização da casa, vista da sacada e o tamanho da casa são TOP.

− A casa não estava limpa. Colchão para dormir faz buraco quando nos deitamos. Bidê do banheiro não dava de usar porque estava entupido. Ralo da pia do banheiro voltava água para cima.

Ottima posizione, proprio davanti al mare

− La casa è molto datata, ma quello era il minore dei problemi. Il lavandino della cucina aveva una grossa perdita dal rubinetto. Il water aveva l'asse rotto. Il bidet e il lavandino in bagno avevano lo scarico molto molto lento. La lavatrice è da denuncia all'ASL. Piena di acqua sporca e con odore di uovo marcio. Inoltre non era utilizzabile per un grosso buco nel tubo di ingresso dell'acqua. Gli armadi nella casa erano pieni zeppi di roba dei proprietari e i molto sporchi, anche in sala c'era roba ovunque. Capisco che si voglia andare al risparmio ma se si affitta bisogna dare la possibilità di sistemare gli abiti degli affittuari. Eduardo è stato disponibile fino all'ingresso in casa, poi è sparito quando bisognava intervenire sui problemi che ho segnalato. Alloggio sconsigliato vivamente.
