− Wat geluidsoverlast van de buren.
Mala suerte con el clima “nublado y fresco” pero estupendo.

− El detalle de la TV no se podía ver sin una suscripción, parece que había un problema con la recepción de señal, espero que en próximo revisen. ( el fondo de la piscina un poco descuidado) por lo demás todo bien

9.0Ein ganz herzliches Dankeschön an Maria und Leon: - stets erreichbar - schnelle Rückmeldungen - super Kommunikation 🩷🌺 Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Es ist sauber, komfortabel und funktional. Man wohnt hier in einer ruhigen Wohngegend mit guten Möglichkeiten zum einkaufen des täglichen Bedarfs. Kleiner Tipp: im Asia Markt der direkt mit seiner Rückseite anliegt, beginnt man alles andere. Ein Einkaufszentrum ist nur wenige Minuten mit den Auto erreichbar. Zum Strand braucht man zu Fuß ca. 20 min. Benidorm ist gut 40 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Rund um El Verger gibt es zahlreiche Ausflugsziele und Hot Spots. Wir kommen definitiv nochmal wieder 👍

10.0La anfitriona estuvo en todo momento pendiente de nosotros. Es verdad que el precio es algo caro, pero encontrar un adosado con piscina individual es complicado hoy en día. La ubicación está lejos de la playa caminando pero es justo lo que buscábamos, tranquilidad… En coche a 5 minutos tenías la playa, y a 10 minutos puedes ir a Oliva o Denia. Además, pudimos alojarnos con nuestro perro, aspecto muy importante. Alojamiento ideal para una familia, más si buscas llevar a tu compañero de 4 patas contigo.
− En principio estuvo todo bien, quizá algo caro valorando relación calidad precio en comparación con alojamientos pasados.
