4.0To be honest, apart from the location and the view, I don't like anything else.
− First of all, the whole property is full of clothes it looks like someone else is already staying there. The wardrobe is completely full, so we had no space for our own things. There was no iron in the property, and more importantly, there was no hair dryer. We had girls with us, and one of them couldn’t even dry her hair. I asked the host about it when we checked in, but after that, he never replied not even a simple apology. Before check-in, he was helpful and responded quickly, but he didn’t explain that some basic items were missing. He only mentioned the lack of an iron after I specifically asked. The shampoo was also finished, and there were many essential things missing from the shower. We ended up buying everything ourselves. We stayed for 3 nights and paid £413 honestly, it felt like a waste of money. I would have been better off booking a hotel instead.
