− The beds were som dirty, with blood stains and a lot of dust overall. The entrance of hotel was not normal . There were no staff members incase one needed help . The room smelled rotten. The rooms in real life ja not how we saw it on the pictures . Generally you wouldn't feel safe due to multiple reasons especially the creepy entrance that leads you to another entrance that also leads you to another entrance. I was not happy with this experience and would not recommend it go anyone.

8.0Pokój ładny, łóżka wygodne, śniadanie w porządku. Dobra lokalizacja i cena stosunkowo atrakcyjna do innych ofert w tej okolicy.
− Wejście do hotelu prowadzi przez dwie kamienice i dwa podwórza, więc na początku trochę nie wiadomo jak wejść. Nie mogę też doprosić się o fakturę, o którą prosiłem składając rezerwację.
Schönes, preiswertes Hotel in guter Lage.
8.0Die Lage ist super, zentral und durch den Hinterhof sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und ansprechend angerichtet. Wir hatten ein Zweibettzimmer, dieses war sehr geräumig, gemütlich, nicht unbedingt modern und das Bad riesig. Die Kommunikation mit den Hotel fand wegen Personalmangel nur schriftlich statt, war jedoch ausführlich, wir haben mit der Anleitung Schlüssel und Zimmer unkompliziert gefunden.
− Personalmangel hin oder her – am Morgen war eine Mitarbeiterin vor Ort. Leider saß sie im Büro neben der Rezeption mit geschlossener Tür, wir sind dann selbst auf sie zugegangen. Hier hätten wir uns etwas mehr Präsenz gewünscht, z.B. eine kurze Rückfrage zur Ankunft, ein Verweis auf den Frühstücksraum oder Infos zur Abreise hinsichtlich Schlüsselabgabe usw.
