Perfect, cozy, convenient location and good value for money
10.0Very convenient for solo traveller or 2 people. Very newly refurbished. Not worn out. Has everything one needs for a few days or 2 weeks long stay - in the kitchenette there are all necessary utensils, pot, pan, kettle, plates glasses, everything for 4 people. The wifi was really fast and steady, if one needs to work a bit. The bathroom is small, but very good planned, as you have the washing machine there as well. The design is cozy. The best supermarket in town is almost next door. And the whole location is great to go directly to the beach - the path starts as you exit the building. The host is super communicative and responsive. I had one problem with the shower and it was fixed very fast and efficient. I also left one personal belonging while leaving and the host was kind enough and took his time to send it to me. To sum up: I had a perfect stay and would gladly come back to rent the place again.
− Nothing. If I have to search for a fault - it is quite difficult to find a parking space near the building, but public parking was within easy walking distance. So, it is not really a problem. What to improve: I really missed some coffee machine or just italic style coffee maker and some blanket to cover the bedding during the daytime would be useful.

10.0Overall I would describe it as a very cozy place for a comfortable and peaceful stay. The apartment is small but thoughtfully arranged and it has everything you need. The kitchenette is well equipped an allows you to prepare almost any hot meal and if you are not a fan of cooking on vacation, you have at least two restaurants and a grocery store literally 2 minutes away. And it will take you just about 15 min to get to the beach on foot. So despite being a bit too pricey for me I really enjoyed my stay and would consider coming back.
