10.0A única coisa foi que a foto principal mostra uma acomodação térrea, e local é no 1º Andar e o fato de o ar condicionado ter o dreno para um balde na varanda e tem que ser esvaziado todos os dias

− Ambiente muito frio, sem calefação. Chão muito gelado. O chuveiro não esquentava tanto. Quem se hospedar no inverno leve roupa extra, pois caso contrário passará bastante frio lá dentro.
E valente
