4.0Location and size of property was good for a family of 8
− The property is currently up for sale which we assume accounted for its overall condition, which we felt was somewhat neglected. Unfortunately, it is not particularly suitable for families with young children or dogs. The garden is not secure, and there are steep, awkward steps leading to an unusable area to the rear of the property, which are not gated off, but really should be! Additionally, the garden itself is smaller than advertised as a significant amount is unusable. If you are travelling with young children, I would not recommend staying here. The hard terrazzo double step running right across the centre of the kitchen is potentially dangerous. In terms of cleanliness, previous positive reviews did not align with our experience, as the property did not meet expected standards. While the owners were responsive and provided small touches like tea and coffee, this did not outweigh the overall disappointing experience

10.0Everything about this property worked for us. I he location is perfect,l for just about whatever we needed; beach, food, shops etc
− The only issue which wasn’t huge was the lack of front gate so we couldn’t just leave all the door open (wrap around garden) but with everything else being so brilliant we didn’t really care too much.
