10.0The comfort and cleanliness of the room were both excellent. The host made me feel very welcome. He had also thought of the little extras that made the stay even better. For example towels, coffee, milk pots, and bedding were provided by the host

1.0Got to the place and code supplied for entry didn't work. Was left stranded at around 10:45 pm with no assistance. Called the Customer service number provided and there was no response. A very disappointing experience to say the least.
